I`ve been planning this project for months, karon ra gyud nako nalihuk kay taas2x na ko ug vacant hours, I got bored sa roof rocker 2.1 kay way FM receiver nya dili remote controlled (bati) gusto sad ko dili kaayo bulky, it`s more like a shop stereo system ba nga rigid construction (Pwede patungan) Durable Look, Perfect ipares sa akong shop computer, na timing nga nakasuroy ko ug CD-R king nga naa silay naka display nga car stereo nga tag 700 PHP, WOW! 700 ra nya naa nay FM nya SD Card ug USB nya naa pa gyuy aux input controlled via a remote perfect sa akong shop speaker system sa akong PC, so I bought it that day, karon kay nakalugar na man kog lihuk ani nya kompleto na sad ko ug materials, ako nang gisugdan hehehe

Thorough Sanding using my Orbital Sander...



Ported Type Breather at the back at the same time cooling system sa akong stereo, inig tingog sa speaker mu self ventilate ra sad ang airflow sa heatsinks sa 4 channel amp. sa stereo..




I tuned the Sound Box @ 60HZ Frequency, para variety ang sound nga ma cater niya...




I used a 3/4 plywood backed with a 1/2 plywood para malubong akong speaker para di la-in tan-awon ug mas lig-on sad




Applied a Grey Primer Paint to eliminate the rough surfaces of the plywood...






I painted even the inside of the box to make it more resistant to wood boring insects...

On this project Ill be using an 8 inch dual voice coil Targa Sub Woofer 4 ohms each coil para sad mapuslan ni akong nakatambay nga speaker hehehe ug duha ka tweeter ra, anyways my head unit had a built in equalizer same as always controlled gihapon sa remote (nice kaayo nga unit for it`s price and features hehehe)


For now waiting mode sa ko kay I need 2 days for the primer paint to cure and harden para finishing sanding na sad iha nako tirahan ug final spray sa iyang color...

will update with pics soon inig tira nako ug ang finished product...

It`s a great passed time hobby kay malingaw ko ug niliha

Nahuman gyud nako gahapon, efficient sad di-ay ug ka-on sa kuryente ang built-in MOSFET amps uy, gamay ra kaayo ug ka-on ug wattage...


Here are the pics sa finished project nako, match sad gamay sa akong Deskmod ug wooden CPU Casing hehehe
ang naka nindut kay maabot ra nako ang controls nya kung medyo duka na remote nalang dayon




The Car stereo has a built-in customizable equalizer on both SD card/USB and the FM, di pariha sauna nga mga CD-R king Stereos nga walay labot ang FM sa Equalizer,
