is this cpu cooler good enough for my needs?

im planning to buy a cpu cooler that is cheap, and at least has blue led lights and is better than the stock cooler of my c2d e6300


is this one good enough to fit my needs? tag 1,700.00 ra.. dili rako anang mahal kaayo kay ako kinahanglan is at least better lang sa stock, nya basta lang naay blue lights para pud nindot tan-awun and dili boring like the stock cooler.

or you can get arctic freezer 7 for 1.5k sa tipidpc.

bro whoopz dili bagay sa ato mobo kai Gigabyte man ni, MSI man ta what i mean ma kabang hahahaha maau unta if naa pod MSI na cpu cooler, muc better, kung Coolermaster,Zalman,Thermaltek, or other brand.
