problem: car stereo light turns on even if engine is off and key is unplugged

Hi Istoryans,

I noticed sa akong car that even if engine is off, the car stereo light turns on. No sound but I can see LED and display, ma wala2x sya. Although sometimes, even while the car is running, mo appear FM and then CD mode (puli2x) even walay naka insert nga CD. I'm not sure related ni sya but the car cigarette outlet would also turn on even wala gi press ang cigarette lighter, but while the vehicle is on. Ma klaro nko during night time kay mo siga ang round outer part sa outlet. Nka insert permi ang cigarette light but wala naka pressed. So walay contact I guess.

Regarding car stereo problem, nag search ko and some mentioned about ignition coil issue. Gi open sa mechanic ang spark plug 3 weeks ago and I noticed this problem mga 1 week ago.

Defective akong stereo or electronics ni?
