My Netbook Won't Turn ON even directly connected to power supply...

Tech guys/masters need help and suggestions here how to troubleshoot. First, i haven't experienced any signs at all before it came to the point that my netbook not powering ON. I just powered it ON and it reached me to Windows Xp boot screen and suddenly shuts down. When i pressed ON the button will just lit blue and suddenly the light turned off without even turning on the LCD screen. Need your help guys.

I have done the following but still didn't work for me:
1. Directly connected to power supply (using my charger). The CHARGE indication (orange one) won't even light.
2. Removed battery and connect to power supply (using my charger). No indication lights at all.
3. Tried removing the battery and long pressed power ON button for 45 sec as adviced by other forums. Then installed back battery pack and connect to power supply (using my charger), and it indicate that it's being charged. I have it charge for an hour and tried to power ON. When i pressed ON the button will just lit blue and suddenly the light turned off without even turning on the LCD screen.

Any ideas are welcome.Thanks da-an guys.

maybe problem memory... or HDD issue.. but most probably Oheat.. IMO.

ouch.. i am very much sure nga naa short diha bro.. because as you said it just shut-off without warning. if naa pa na warranty RMA na if wala na ipa-tanaw dayon sa Rappletech before mo dako ang damage.. or pde rapud nako.. naa ra ko sa innove it plaza sa Cebu Business Park. No Fix to Pay.. No Checkup Fee.. to all istoryans lol.
