Guys, I badly need your help!

Can anyone help me with my CPU?
It's not working when I turn it on.
I was using it the day it freaks out. Grrrrrrrrr!
It's not the power supply I'm sure, my pc was reformatted this year.
And i guess somethings wrong with the OS?
I'm really in doubt... HELP!

when i turn it On, dli na cya mo turn ON, but ok ang iyang power supply, theres nothing wrong with the power supply. but then ang CPU no beep sounds... wla ra jd! huhuhuhuhu! as in ako gi-hold for pila ka seconds, wla japon ni turn ON... i dunno wats wrong with my cpu... nglibog ko kay naka use pako the other night...
