naa lang ko i ask about civil wedding.

mao ni mga requirements ako nabasahan kung magpa civil

Reqt for the Marriage license:
- 18-21 (parents consent) notarized
- 21-25 (parents advise) notarized
- marriage counselling certificate
- 2x2 pictures (each party)
- NSO authenticated birth certificate (with photocopy)
- If you were previously married (annulment certificate)
- application fee

akong pangutana, pwede kaha ni ma bypass ang parents advise? kay ang amung set-up gusto is secrete lang unta, akong partner kay 22 years old pa man. 5 years ang gap..
