[font=kazuya][b] Actually bro, sakto ka-- you need to provide your birth certificates of you and your future spouse. The judge will only officiate a civil wedding and make it happen when the couple is of legal age.
The new regulations so far I know in Cebu City are that the groom must be at least 25 years of age and the bride must be 21 years old.
If not, then the parents must be there to present their consent to the wedding or a letter stating the parents' consent to the union is required.
Also there must be at least two witnesses available to attend the event.

additional requirement is the CENOMAR for you and your partner........Certificate of No Marriage.
not to mention the whole-day seminar that you have to attend before they release your marriage license.
