    permi jd ko ma constipated hapit kada buwan. samok kaayo.. tag 1 week ko d kalibang kinsay sweto ani unsay angay buhaton?

    TS, eat foods rich in fiber and drink lots of water...

    inum daghan water ug eat fruits and vegetables rich in fiber... kung di jud mada, pag inom nlang ug Lilac.. syrup na xa...

    TS: how old are you? do you drink lots of water?

    you should take your situation seriously. para nako dili na maayo ang mag constipate more than 5 days.

    basin wala pud kay kaon2 mao nang wla pud kay ikalibang?

    Hi TS,

    As a medical professional, advice lang ko to drink water and fruits rich in fiber, like pineapples. But there is also an alternative tea to ease your bowel movement problems, like senna tea's. Example ana ky fitne or bioslim. Senna leaves are laxative man.

    Another alternative is take bisacodyl tablets. Example of it is dulcolax, to be taken 1 tablet before you sleep.

    pa-check up sa doctor kay basin naay underlying problem dli lang kay constipated. sa pagka-karon ang imo buhaton kay inom ka dghan tubig, increase your activity level (walking, jog, limpyo ka haus) kay basin sige ra ka lingkod ug mag computer, kaon ka dghan vegetables and fruits especially papaya, brocolli.
