    Default Globe supervisor sa ayala ms jumalon needs to be fired!!!!


    HI all! FYI! we were in ayala globe last tuesday to cash out sa globe gcash. we waited for almost two hours only to find out na pagtawag na sa amo que, mi break ang incharge sa gcash kay usa ra daw ka teller so maghulat na lang daw mi... at that point hinay kaayo ang counters, murag usa ra ka dagan kay diay daghan kaay misingit na corporate acct na dapat unta magkuha sila ug priority number, daghan lang nagreklamo pero balewala lang jud sa management. miinit na ang ulo sa ako partner kay wala jud empathy ang taga globe di pa kabalo mangitag paagi maayos ang gusot. my partner asked for a supervisor so a ms jumalon came out and talked sa may platinum room, she cant blame kung irate na mi coz wala jud sila gibuhat. she even did not know unsay break schedule sa iya agent. or any means na mapaayos, na offend siguro sya nag pinpoint sya sa ako partner.... sakto ba na na asal sa usa ka supervisor? she should remain her composure

    globe needs to have a separtte que for corporate, consumer, and gcash kay hasool kaayo


    she needs to be fired,,,, if anyone knows her, GO!

    any bad experience sa globe?

    Timing lang gyud to nga daghan sila geh asikaso. As a consumer, we have all the right in the world nga mag irate but I still don't think someone deserves to lose a job and life over a niggling mishap.

    I agree with you bro. I work at a call center. Most of the times, when customers are freaking out -We lose composure, though that isn't advisable, but you can't blame the agent/sup or any concern party for losing his/her composure as he's still a consumer at the end of the day who also knows how to get hurt.

    Perhaps, a penalty be imposed on her will work, but firing her for the said event won't be justifiable enough to take away her job. I am sorry to hear about the issues you've experience, so should they be concern about it too.

    We can't blame you ts for experiencing such poor customer service but firing her isn't fair. Providing some feedbacks how they handled the situation and suggesting ways how to improve their services would be nice.

    Everyone deserves a second chance.

    Pag open nlang mu ug BPI express dayun register mo ug online payments and withdrawal through Globe. Para online or banking na tanan.

    Pwede ra man unta ang supervisor ang mo puli sa trabaho sa nag break time labi na daghan naghulat. Di angay pahuwaton ang customer kay naa pa na sila laing mga lakaw.

    unsa may nature of work/ source of living nimo TS ? regardless sa status sa imong life, di man dayon ka maka ingon nga ka dapat e fire out ang usa ka supervisor sa globe ayala branch, naa pa intawn nay due process bisan pa ug ingon nato ug ineffecient siya sa iyang job position, let try to put on her shoes ug ikaw dayon ug ingnon nga e fire out ka !!!! pwede raka maka reklamo sa management seguro pero wala kay rights nga maka ingon nga imo dayon e fire out...
