CVG or Stream or ?

Nagplano ko mangap-ly call center sa Cebu. Naa ko 3 years na call center experience (amo account SOHO networking devices i.e. wireless router, adapter, etc.). Dli ko maayo ug sales (dli ko maayo mamulatik ug customer ), mas i prefer unta nako technical account ra. Na suggest sa ako CVG or Stream. Gusto unta ko mangayo ug unbiased tambag ninyo kung asa ang mas maayo, kana pud OK ug sweldo. hihi (ug walay sales if pwd)

They are both good companies.. my advice, apply lang sa duha tan-awa usa asa ka madawat, if madawat ka sa duha, u can actually check and compare their offers and see as well which account they profile you. Once madawat ka, you don't have to sign the job offer right away, you can always tell HR na you are still waiting to hear from another company as well and you want to weigh your options. They will give you about a week cguro to decide if mu sign ka nila. This is the best way to compare the two if asa jud ka mas ganahan rather than decision sa mga tao dri imo agdon. Hope this helps.

gusto unta nako purely technical r. kapoy man jud mag support ka product tapos pugson ka mamaligya, mag upsell, ug uban pang binalbal. unya pirmi nalang ka ma pressure kay dli nimo maabot imo sales target wla jud incentive bisan grabe nimo paningkamot ug tinabang sa customer na angay tabangan kay mipalitug misalig sya sa inyo product.

kanang company na mo-appreciate sa imo paningkamot dli puro kiss-ass sa superior.

i disclose ba na nga info diretso, like unsa ka na account ug unsa job functions during interview? s previous employer man gud nako kay ayha na nako nabal-an pag training.

Ul only know the job specifics once you are going to sign the contract.
However the interviewer will give you a bird's eye view on the account
and your tasks on the validation interview which is the last step of the
application process.
