Hi istoryans,

mag seek unta ko sa inu advise kung aha ang mas better company... please no mean comments. ok ra mag joke bsta dili lng manga-way..

gusto ko mu abroad someday and i want to become a networking engineer. i'm a graduate of it and planning to take ccna exam sa cisco for my first step in my career path.

i'm planning to apply in stream sa ilang dell account or in calltek.

PROS sa stream

mas dako ug sweldo kaysa calltek (13K man cguro not sure)
13th month pay
naay DELL CERTFICATION (which is recognized in IT CO's)
night diff ug hazard pay (not sure)
ayala discounts after 1 year
Leave conversions at the end of the year
Health insurance

CONS sa stream

bati daw ang management ... pa sip-sip-ay daw ang show
hagard ang trabaho

PROS sa calltek

libre snacks everyday
libre lunch meal
naay CISCO CERTIFCATION (which is recognized in IT CO's)
Health insurance

CONS sa calltek

gamay sweldo ( mga 12k ra daw)
last year wala sila 13th month pay

so asa mas company nindot trabahona if gusto ka mu abroad someday and gusto ka imo work kay networking
pwede pud mu add ug pros and cons in both companies kay dili ko sure sa akong info.

I'm from CallTek and naa man jud 13 month ui..it's mandatory by the government. We also have leave conversions at the end of the year, and wa jud basehan na imong sweldo nga gibutang diha ,. diin man tawn ka nangahoy ana nga di mao nga information ui?

ayaw daun tuo2x.. if gusto jud ka makahibaw check it for yourself.. apply usa, ug madawat ka sultihan man ka unsa ila ma offer if di ka nahan then decline, don't sign sa job offer.. ayaw anang storya2x lang kay di ka kakuha anag accurate answers.

brad sure ka na iprofile ka sa dell technical account sa stream? ang DCSE cert is for those people who are with a specific account > Dell

Because of CallTek, I'm now CompTIA Networking+ and ICND1 Certified. Ang 12k kay skills allowance ra na wala labot sweldo.

dili ko sure if sa DELL ko e profile sir pero if mu ingon na gani ang interviewer na pasar ko mag ask ko if wat akunt ko and if dili dell mu hangyo ko na dd2 ko and if dili ... ambot.. ngita ko lain

i would suggest stream. ang calltek kay gamay ra kaayo. in the long run, mas secured imung job and mas stable sad cya na company.
