an apple a day, keeps the doctors away. ang apple makaubos sa bad choles.
1. Get rid of fatty, oily foods. (hambugers and the like..)
2. Exercise
3. If above borderline, consult a doctor he/she might give you anti-hyperlipidimic drug.
Exercies lang ka constantly
take a garlic supplement at least twice a day. kanang high allicin na garlic tab. makatabang jud baba sa cholesterol
By simply changing you lifestyle especially your diet. Another thing is by doing exercise. Take care of your body. Health is wealth.![]()

use olive or canola oil for cooking
eat oatmeal, fruits and veges

try greentea ug fibrosine... mao na gamit nko nilower akong cholesterol ug 100 so na normal na cxa... but of course nagtake ko pud ug meds ato but I think dako natabang sko ang greente ug fibrosine kay ni normal manjud cxa
