    mga dudes, naa napud ko lain nga pangutana.
    sa interview, kasagaran masugatan gayud ni nga pangutana.

    but paminawon nato ang mga HR (kung naa man gali) or ibutang nato ang ato kaugalingon sa lugar sa HR.

    kung ikaw HR, den ang tubag sa imo applicant kay sobraan ra kadako, ipa-proceed pa ninyu siya sa next nga interview?

    like example, ang tubag sa applicant kay 20k, den you know nga ang allocated ra ana nga position is 15k, imo pa siya ipatawag para sa next nga interview or dili kay mahal ra kaayu?

    2. Ma meet ba gayud ang expected salary sa tinood nga salary?

    Just refrain from revealing your expected salary before the interview. You need to show how you can contribute to the company's profits before you can set your price. If (expected_salary + benefits) < (profits * x), then you'll most likely get hired. =)

    Wala naman lagi ni-reply ang TS bro, basin nadawat natu sa iyang interview..
