Ang pinaka direct nga tubag ani para naku kay range type. Before ka mag apply dapat mag conduct sa ka ug pila ang possible nga salary ana nga company ug sa position nga imu giapplyan.. ayaw tubaga ang interviewer nga depende sa ihatag. give them a range so that they would also have something to work on if in any case nga tagaan diay ka nila ug dako nga offer..

i agree...based on experience you have to give them a range...take note, dapat commensurate pud sa imo nga skill level...ayaw ug expect dako if you are still a fresh grad...you should do your research too kung pila ang mga starting salary in different companies that accept fresh graduates.

If wala pakay experience, or kung ikaw ang nanginahanglan trabaho, mo ingon ka siguro nga "okay ra nimo basing sa standard compensation e hatag sa company".

Pero if experienced naka plus naa kay existing job, common sense will dictate you to ask for a higher price in relevance with your present rate and standard rate sa kana nga position.

Naa gani koy cousin, 2 years pa iyang experience as engr. Nangapply siya ug lain company, jobless... ug ang iyang ge apply-an kay dili kaayo related sa iyang previous experience.
