Actually padung na ko mo hawa sa company, mga May 25 effective akong resignation, ni pass man ko ganina ra. Then naa pa koy 9 ka vacation leaves. Akong plan kay ako ni i-hurot akong leave this May or maybe 5 days ra unta ani nga 9 ka leaves akong gamiton kay sayang ayu dili naku magamit. But, gi ingnan man noun ko sa amung supervisor nga dili na daw pwede gamiton kini akong vacation leaves once nisubmit na ka sa resignation letter. Company policy daw nila or mando daw sa director, but wala man ni sa contract nakabutang. I don't konw pod sa bag-o nila nga mga contract kay ika-2 ra ba ni nag change ug name ning kompanyaha. Di ba right man ni nato nga mo-leave. Usikan ko maghuna-huna. 9 pa kabuok. makabakasyon pa unta ko.

ART. 95.
Right to service incentive leave. - (a) Every employee who has rendered at least one year of service shall be entitled to a yearly service incentive leave of five days with pay.
(b) This provision shall not apply to those who are already enjoying the benefit herein provided, those enjoying vacation leave with pay of at least five days and those employed in establishments regularly employing less than ten employees or in establishments exempted from granting this benefit by the Secretary of Labor and Employment after considering the viability or financial condition of such establishment.chanroblesvirtuallawlibrary
(c) The grant of benefit in excess of that provided herein shall not be made a subject of arbitration or any court or administrative action.ART. 95.
