    Default About Vacation\Emergency leave

    Ask lang ko about aning vacation leave.

    Actually padung na ko mo hawa sa company, mga May 25 effective akong resignation, ni pass man ko ganina ra. Then naa pa koy 9 ka vacation leaves. Akong plan kay ako ni i-hurot akong leave this May or maybe 5 days ra unta ani nga 9 ka leaves akong gamiton kay sayang ayu dili naku magamit. But, gi ingnan man noun ko sa amung supervisor nga dili na daw pwede gamiton kini akong vacation leaves once nisubmit na ka sa resignation letter. Company policy daw nila or mando daw sa director, but wala man ni sa contract nakabutang. I don't konw pod sa bag-o nila nga mga contract kay ika-2 ra ba ni nag change ug name ning kompanyaha. Di ba right man ni nato nga mo-leave. Usikan ko maghuna-huna. 9 pa kabuok. makabakasyon pa unta ko.

    Base sa akoa, pwede kaau ka mu file og leave kay ato nang katungod. pareha sa ako kauban ni submit siya og resignation letter then nag leave nalang siya hangtod maabot sa effectivity sa iyang resignation.

    suby nlng saimong company bro,anyway last days na bitaw na nmo dha.wla jpon ky mahimo ana ky daghan mna sila e rason gud,pwede pka ma AWOL or mglisod ka kuha saimo papels/last pay ug uban pa..ibutang nlngna nga hinabang na nimo nila

    pwede ra kaau ka mgterminal leave TS... say effective May 25 imong resignation, file ka ug leave from May 17 - 25 that's 9 days sa imong leave credits
    i think noob imong supervisor advising you of such hehehe

    tan-awa sa inyo company policy, basin sa end part dunay gibutang diha "The Company reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time at the Company's discretion without notice"..mao nay problema..
    kung unsa man gani mahitabo, pwede man ka makig-konsulta sa DOLE, makatubag gyud sila ana..

    agwantaha na lang, ts. ipa-cash na lang ang leave puno-puno sa last pay.

    weeewww.. dmd... almost 1 month pa jud ko mag stay dire... mo try pa ko ug hangyu sa amung supervisor... hahay paita ani oip...

    Cguro mu file ka pwede but the company has the right to disapprove your leave gihapon na gi apply.. let's say for example mag kulang jud sila ug tao ana na time if wala ka and in the process pa sila nangita sa imo replacement... Mao bitaw ang VL subject to approval pa na sa management. Pero if katungod lang, you can always apply to use them, dli sila pwede mu ingon na dli ka pwede mu apply ug VL.

    With regard to your EL, pwede sad na nimo gamiton and dli lang ka mu sud dretso and reason lang ka ug emergency or something para ma gamit imo EL, but if they ask you to present documents like a med cert for example or any document depende sa unsa na emergency imo gi reason, make sure you can give them documents or else ma unapproved imo EL and ma himo to ug without pay so sayang pud dli to maapil pila ka days sa imo final pay nya.

    ahaka gud, sayop na imo sup oi. U can even use ur available leave for terminal leave meaning gamiton nimo imo leave 9 days before sa effectivity sa imo resignation . . . .
