naa ba diri kabaw kung asa dapit sa labor code of the philippines nga nagstate nga pwede maextend imong leave ug dili ka considered AWOL if naay unforeseeable situations nga muhappen?
please help me
for example nag vacation leave ko kay muadto kog hongkong nya karun naextend man kay emergency for 2 days
AWOL na dayun ko ana?

naa'y companies nga strikto ana...if you have contact numbers sa imong superior, call/text them...better yet, sa HR....tell them gud nga naa-BUMP imong flights...kana kung kasabot sila pod anang na-BUMP....

- Absences which extend for five (5) or more consecutive working days without satisfactory justification.
follow the proper call in procedure and notify your immediate superior para dili ka ma AWOL

it depends on your superior... and your company policy... ang superior nimo if sood mo pwede ka niya tabunan para makalusot ka, pero if di mo sood pwede sad ka niya idoot para madaut ka... ana ra...
