    Default How to Gain Weight????


    This has been my frustration ever since. Anyone wants to share their thoughts? I eat and make sure I don't skip meals, not really on time but I eat 3x a day (or does it matter also). I also have taken some chinese herbal meds, works a lil bit coz i get hungry every after 3 hours but also scared of its side effects. Need some piece of advice.

    eat 8 big meals a day, make sure your biggest meal is during breakfast (eat right away when you wake up).
    And if you want a fast result, try ling zhi which can be bought at happy herbs (happy herbs lang palit kay sa uban store kasagaran mga fake ling zhi na). Pero para healthy mas nindot ug mag lift pud ka, minimal cardio lang pud. Good luck.

    pg gym bro...and try some supplements...but dont take too much of it,,,

    murag ling zhi pud to akong gitumar. wala ba na side effects? sa may USJR man to nko gipalit.. just knew naa pud diay fake ana thanks... lisod lage nang big meals. necessary jud ang rice? or anything nga makabusog?.. i thought para mag kaunod2 ka kailangan ka mag patambok then mag lifts dayon.

    great things start from small beginnings sir... para nako its a better motivation that u started from humble beginnings then work ur way up to much reaching ur goals..

    actually naa siyay side effects which is acne sa imuhang dughan nga katol2x sad jud. Effective ning authentic ling zhi kay corticosteroids man gud ni siya bro (one good example is kanang steroids nga tambal para asthma). Ilad2x pud ning ling zhi kay gina present nila as herbal daw and traditional chinese med pero ang tinuod corticosteroids ra diay to (note nga lahi pud tong anabolic steroids for body building kaysa corticosteroids). Most likely fake to imong napalit nga ling zhi kay dili man effective sa imoha. Pero ako pa nimo, stay away from ling zhi lang, buhata lang tong 6-8 big meals a day and lift hard ug sagolig dili kaayo intense nga cardio.

    @ jaylovespiercings -- by the way, sayop na imong pagtuo nga kelangan ka magpatambok unya mag lift dayon para magka unod. Dili na motransform ang fats into muscles. And yes, eat ug rice kay mas nindot pa na nga carb source kaysa mga tam-is, junk foods, softdrinks, etc.

    3 meals a day or 8 meals a day. It doesn't matter.. What you need is to EAT MORE. Gaining weight is simple. You have to eat more than your body needs. If you're not gaining weight, then you're obviously not eating enough!

    @TS how old are you?

    Simple ra na' ang weight gain..... eat like an American..

    by that I mean... bread and potatoes instead of rice... and adto sa S&R then drink all u can nga soda and eat cake/pastries/ice cream etc...

    (this might not have as much of an effect if bata pa ka or if ur body has high metabolism)


    OT if ur purpose is to gain weight nga pina healthy... ignore everything I said above. lol
