sleep, wake up, eat, rest, - i repeat lang dayon.

bro,you have to eat a lot to gain weight like 5 times daily and choose the healthy foods pud.like steak,1 whole chicken but kailangan kuhaon ang skin, vegetables,etc.. Kailangan pud ka mag exercise and take some workout supplements if you want to gain weight faster.kai kanang 2 months raba kailangan jud na ug discipline.ako i use to be so0 fat pero nag take ko supplements karon pang pa loose weight and 2 months pa lang naa na good results nakita.=)
Naa gatas cge advertise sa TV nga mka pa weight gain daw... and eat foods high in calories. Possible pud fast ang imo metabolism...Or mag gym ka kana for weight gain.

i used to have this problem before but now i gained weight..(and i think na sobraan!) hehe!
