Asa ta mo adto if we want to know the current appraised value of particular land?

Need your advices sa naay na hibaw-an kay wala jud ko. Thanks.

up nato b.. sa among case ts, mabasi man gud na nimo sa silingan sad.. i think adto ka sa assessors office ana sa munisipyo or city ninyo ts..kabalo na sila sa value sa inyong lugar..

technically, the local assessor's office can help you on this. they can provide you the assessed value and market value of the property. sa BIR, they can also provide you the zonal value of the same. now, their respective figures most of the time vary.

that is why naay mga appraisers na gina hire sa bank to help them assess. mag vary pod na ila assessment for obvious reason.

unsa man jud diay ang problema TS? current market value sa land? asa ang specific location? unsa iya classification? unsa man nga tax imo gipasabot? realty tax? or capital gains tax kay ipabalhin? specify lang TS.

Ani boss. Naglibog pod ko sa gisulti sa imo amigo. hehehe...kung mandaue ka boss, i don't think naay revision ang assessor's office sa mandaue karon. so ang pinaka sayon nga document para at least naa kay idea sa value, ang Tax Declaration sa property.

BUT, sa nasulti ko na walay bag-ong revision. so possible kaayo, gamay pa ang appraised value ana sa Tax Declaration. THUS, check the zonal value as per BIR. now, as i said mo vary sad ang zonal, kung asa nga brgy sa mandaue, along the road or interior? classification sa property? residential, commercial or industrial? (wa naman guro agricultural ang mandaue).
