    Default Do we really need FOOD SUPPLEMENTS everyday?


    Many people today are so allergic from the word " Food Supplements ".

    Are you one of them?

    Why?

    im not one of them.. but some people really need these supplements especially the seniors.. for a healthier body.. chos! :P

    Supplements are made from food. So when you take them, the body recognizes these as food, not toxins.
    Some food causes allergies, and some do not. So basically, that explains why some supplements fail or succeed.

    As long as you take these in moderation as suggested by your herbalist or Doctor, then it should be fine.
    Even renowned toxinslike Cyanide or Arsenic can be healthy and useful if taken in moderate.

    For me TS, yes we really need supplements, its up to you if you take it everyday or not. This can help us to be healthy and live a longer life. Just choose the right supplement, and choose the endogenous type not the exogenous one.

    need jud kay atong body kinahanglan ug mga vitamins and minerals nga dili makuha sa food intake lang. so dapat additional supplementation thru ani.

    sa akong opinion dili na kinahanglan. as long as kahibaw lang ka mamimili sa imong gipangkaon. then exercise ra jud permi to stay healthy. common sense lang naay supplement nga gihimo sa prutas or vegetable, so nganong dili naman lang ka mokaon og pure prutas og mag-utan bisaya.

    It may be BFAD approved pero no it also says no proven therapeutic claim . . .

    it is because only drugs have that claim but doesn't mean nga walay benefits from it. it is more on prevention sa sakit, not to cure it.
