Sa ako lang knowledge, dli jud cya need ang pag root if imo ng use sa imo fon minimal ra, like basic smartphone use which is calls and texts then a little surfing here and there to check on your FB ba kaha or twitter accounts once in a while or if u need to check ur emails or google/research things and play games/apps gamay when you need to kill time. Kaya ra kaayo na sa Android phone na wla gi root.. Rooting is favorable sa heavy users. they can customize their phones more and free up more space so they can do more things, install more apps and do custom roms n other techy stuff and maximize the usability of the Android phone. So depende sad jud na sa user.

Example: Naa ko amiga na iya use sa phone is calls and texts, skype2x fb2x and duwa2x temple run... Dli jud cya techy gud and wla jud alam anang mga customizations etc... bsta happy na cya ana nga pag use sa iya android phone. There is really no need for her to have her phone rooted para nako.

Bitaw ma void imong warranty, pero mao rana way maka access kag android market/google play store, kung imong unit did not have 1 when you got it. Ang uban man gud stores kai bati ug games, limited unya bati ang pag download.

If you don't know why you need to root your phone, you probably shouldn't be rooting it. If it works for you, why would you be messing with it?
