nakapalit ko ug unit ani niya with software defect. <---sorry for the wrong word. ilisan nato kay nipalag ang seller! LOL!

UPTADED: nakapalit ko ug unit ani niya nga sa akong katanga wala nlng daw xa magpakita. very reasonable sir HARRISONSARIP!

so the story goes like this:we exchange conversations regarding his unit and my interest about it. nag.deal nami ug amount and decided to meet up on that day. ingon siya taga LAPU-LAPU ra dw siya, so i was like "hay salamat duol ra sa amu jud". taga BASAK daw xa so we decided to do our meet up at ROBINSONS TAMIYA. i checked the unit and it was fine. actually it was working fine. i asked him if wala ba ni SD card and he told me wala dw labot ang SD card pgpalit niya ato nga unit. so ok rsd nko since dako man sd ug internal memory ang unit. so i paid him and i thought it was a good deal though.... ako g.factory reset ang unit just like what i always do to any second hand unit i get. and BOOOM.. didto na nigawas ang prob. after nko g.confirm for factory reset something like this appeared:i thought it was just resetting or downloading or uploading or bsta something nga pra reset na sa unit. so wala ra ko. nakalakaw na ang seller ana nga time. we waited for about 3mins. pero wala mn jpon nwagtang. so we decided to go home nlng and naghuna2 ko nga m.ok nato after we get home. pgtn.aw nko sa unit pg.abot sa house, mao lng ghapon ang nakabutang sa unit and i started to panic knowing that i couldn't get in to its home page or in short di nko mgamit ang phone. it was like 20mins-30mins ra nga interval sa amu meet up (duol rmn jd ang amu ddto dapit and naa mai motor so wala joi traffic). So we decided to call him up again stating the problem of his unit. we suggested to meet up on that very moment again since tga didto rmn jud xa, convenient ra jd kaau niya. n.ana n hinuon siya nga nana dw siya sa busay (HUH? in less than an hour nana daun siya sa busay?).my partner asked if asa xa nag.work, he said sa SHANGRILA daw. my partner even thought of asking sa address sa ilang adtoan sa busay kai apason jud namu siya ddto. pero he suggested nga pwed the next day nlng dw, e.settle namu ang prob and try to fix it. so ni calma mi bisan khibaw mi nga duha2an na and i thought mahadlok sd cguro siya oi kai pareha rgd mi lugar nga gpuy.an so mutunga jud to sa amu sabot.

the next day: early morning before i went to work, i texted him reminding about our meet up. no reply. after lunch break i texted him again reminding him again about our meet up. still got no replies from him. nakulbaan nko cause i know its a sign nga wala njd xai balak nga muatubang pa namu. but still i tried calling him before ko n.out sa work. well, there it goes. my number was blocked... ring once and then a busy tone after.ingon sa mga nitabang nko, gamai r dw ni nga prob sa ako unit. custom rom ra dw or something like that and it just need a little reformat and everything will be back to normal. yeah! gamai rjd but to me it was big enough knowing nga mugasto nsd ko pra reformat and to think nga kung naay pay last sa pinaka last, mao nana and mao nlng jud to akong money nga gbayad sa iyang unit. Big problem or dili? pero thanks ghapon sa mga nitabang, krn n.ok na hinuon ang unit.my main point lng unta is iya lng untang g.atubang iyang problem nga g.cause namu. di btw namu siya patyon mi mkigkita siya namu (haha). he even put a personal warranty sa iyang unit. asa nmn iyang warranty ato nga tym?

grabeha oi, mypa lagi ang unggo masilinggan di pa mangunai kysa sa tao masilingan. tsk3!so if anyone here nga mka.decide ug deal ani nga person, its ur choice. careful lang jud ta always. ^__^

bai I think, the unit is OK, wala mo na sana gi factory reset. he's right its a CWM(clockworkmod ) recovery. question, naa pa ba nimo ang SD Card, or naa ka bag-o na SDcard. unsa na siya na unit na samsung.

Yeah! the unit is find. Naa niya ang SD card ani, pag.contak namu ato niya nga time we tried to tell him nga murag naa sa SD card ang solution sa prob. we suggested niya nga kung pwede amu nlng pangayuon ang sd card and will just buy a new one for him. nitando pa mn gali xa. pero mao lagi to, wala na magparamdam the next day.

i tink d mn guro na sala sa seller ngano n.ingon ana ang resulta sau phone..sa pag.hard reset nimo imoha nmn ng risk dli nmn na sa seller...khbw nka unsa mga possible pwde mahitabo ana kung ihard reset na nimo..ang sayop lng xd sa reseller nga wa niya atubanga imong reklamo..pro kung ako pa ang reseller wala mai warranty ang software problem intawn...

sd card issue ra ni.. i think all the updates/firmware are stored in the sdcard.. sadly lang. wala mo magsabot nga iapil ang sdcard pag palit

@cool: maybe yes, maybe no. but still it's his obligation just even let us know that the unit is on a custom rom already. When we were stating him about the MINOR problem of his unit, it was like he don't know about it also. i know it was my risk factory resetting the unit, but cguro if ur a seller, u cn advice the buyer nmn cguro lng...

@jabz: yeah! that's wat we thought! hinuon wala nsd ko m.mind sa sd card. pero unsa man d.i nga naa mn d.i ddto nk.save ang updates... haha
