    Default unsay best workout para pa gamay sa tiyan? :D


    cge nako ug jogging although dili jud consistent...
    and so far max 3k ra japun ako makaya..
    if mag duwa sad basketball dali ra kapuyon....

    mga gym experts dha, unsa inyo ma suggest?

    Do intervals of exercises, start with a sprint for about half to 1 kilometer, then move to stationary bike, punching bag, then intense crossfit once done. If you don't know what crossfit is, ask your trainer at the gym or look it up. Its basically just exercises that use your fast muscles and makes you lose weight and gain strength at the same time.

    ur already physically able and ok but ur missing one thing since ur not able to reach your goal of flat abdominals...

    ...ur nutrition - flat and tight abdominals are not made in the gym, tracks or the court its made in the kitchen ..good luck

    Kaon mao ma kapa dako or gamay sa tiyan.....bsan mag unsa paka diha ug exercise ug emo kaon dili controlled dili jud na mo gamay.....emo sad body fat % kinahanglan mo down toh about 10% para makita ang 6 packs.......

    proper diet... mao na permi advise diri, dig lang sa ubang mga thread...

    as what they mentioned above, proper diet, exercise and rest. there are several threads here that discuss about diets. just find one that fits you
