    Default Question lang (Parti pa gamay sa tiyan)


    mga brod..help me unsay mga repetitions nga akong buhaton para mo gamay akong tiyan...

    medyo...dako2x nasad ug kapoi na cge dala mura tag mabdos...

    jogging ko everyday? or 3 times a week ko mag jogging?...

    then do jumping jacks...

    then set-ups...

    dili ko nahan ma six packs...gusto lang ko mo gamay ning akong g dala hehehehe...

    naa bay maka help dha?...

    I know diet3x...bisan pa ug mag diet ta...kung dili sagulan ug exercise...ala gihapon pulos...

    what i am asking kay...unsa ang set-up para mag exercise ka...need ba nga mag jogging kada adlaw or 3 times a week lang para naay pahuway usaka adlaw...

    mga ingon ba...

    naa bay mga experts diri?...

    of course diet, + cardio 30 mins be4 lifting weights, or do cardio after 4 hrs when your done with lifting weights....
    for ur 1st week, do cardio 3x a week, then on ur 2nd week try doing it everyday, then go on a daily basis w/ cardio as long as u achieve ur desired measurements...

    just my 2 cents...heheheh

    Brad, Cardio mao bana ang Jogging, sit-ups... mao bana sila?...

    kay naa man gud ko abroad..then diri sa among accommodation naay gym, i do weights pero light ra kay bati kaau mag cge ko alsa, then dako sad kaau ko..mura dili proportion...

    naa lang ko ask...

    which do you prefer...mag exercise after work...kay sometimes naa mi Overtime mahuman alas 8 na sa gabii...

    or sa alas 3 na sa kadlawn ko mag cardio?

    diet...low salt....low carbs.....more protein.....sit-ups...

    Daghan forms sa cardio, like, jogging, stationary bike just 2 name a few.. ang most common is jogging...
    for me I prefer to workout before going 2 d ofis k mejo same tag problem k sumtimes man gud naa need na dugay mo out sa offis k naa tiwason...Mao nga before ad2 offis, work out sa ko, k bahalag dugay mo out sa ofis bsta nka workout nko.

    Ang sit ups do it like 3x a week, k ang tendency if imong e daily k ma used na noon imong abs sa exercise to d point nga dli na ma shock ang muscles sa abs

    sit ups sir daghan man klasing sit ups so i alternate lng para sa g ingon n harlie nga d ma used imo mga muscles sa tyan.
