Kung pdf format why not imo lang i-lock iyang printing command.
I think imposible man na ang file dili ma-copyahan.
If your OS is XP or 2000, you can play with the security.

Go to any folders.
Click Tools>Options
A window will open
Click View Tab
Then go to the bottom of that page and uncheck Use Simple File Sharing
Press ok.
Right click on the folder nga di ka ganahan macopya and choos properties.
Naa na'y mogawas nga Security Tab. You can set permissions on who can access..
don't remove the System's Access
ur can even put password mn gani sa files ninyu
think, flie properties, advance - check encryption..
Basta its about encryption, it can be copied but cannot be open except when copied to the same computer only
can you make the file hidden?
why not remove the pdf files from your intranet? since d man ka gnahan macopy sa mga users, there's no point in placing the files there.. just my 2 cents..![]()
