    bro mga pila ka rounds sa abellana na jog knhanlan para mo burn ug fats? specifically sa abdomen.

    what matters more is that you do it consistently and on how you jog. the faster, the better. number of rounds won't be as effective as the quality of your jog. 5 rounds of quick hops as a start will do, but if you could do more than that, it would be better.

    depende na bro og pila ka calorie imo intake everyday, lets say you eat too much pork, rice and drink too much beer, daghan kaayo na calorie imo intake/ day, and burning that calorie is just 1/2 of your daily activity( wala labot imo exercise) so ang uban nga calorie wala na burn adto na ma punta sa imo tiyan, kamot, paa( mao na na imo ma kita nga tambok) so ang extra calorie nga wala nimo na burn sa natural activity nimo, mao na imo i jogging sa abellana, og gusto jud ka mor info try sa u-tube sa BodyPerformanceTV o sa www.bodyperformanceTV mismo. mao na naka pa gawas sa ako 6pack, good cardio og good eating habits :mrgreen:

    u have to understand that lifting weights is anaerobic exersice, it is much diffirent from aerobic exersises, magazines are there to promote very expensive suppliments, it dosent mean it works, my suggestion also works i have the body to back it up :mrgreen:

    mas maayo mag HIIT ka na cardio.. all you need is at 15~20 mins...
