no wla man dito ang answer ila question kay weight training as losing weight... but anyway ako try gabii i did cardio for 30 mins then my weight training dayn. wla man kaau ko na luya after sa cardio but i notice lang when i started out my routine dali na ni deplete ako energy w/c is not good coz im burning my muscle not fats.
mas maayo weight training para dili ka mawagtangan ug hangin inig cardio nimo.mao na akong bag-o style karon.
cardio after weight training is best. for fat loss deplete you glyco by weight lifting and burn some fat afterwards by doing cardio.

while weight lifting belongs to anaerobic exercise, meaning sugar ang iya i burn, not calorie, thats why you have a burning sensation sa imo musle after ka mo benchpress 15 times, so, dili jud ka maka bech press abot 30min or more, kay sugar man more iya i burn, mao na nga mre on gaining muscle ang weight lifting
so, therfore, in my own opinion, i conclude, og daghan daghan pa ka og fat, daghana sa ang cardio, para inig ka kuha ana manggawas na na ang mga cut nga muscle og ang six pack ninyo! pero og da-ot ka daan, i less lang ang cardio and do more on the weight training, kay nao gihapun, cut ang muscle og wawas pud six pack :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
