Gud pm guyz, i have a problem with the other router "Prolink h5001n".
Here's the story, I was supposed to change the password for the WLAN but i forgot the user name and password for the router itself and so i made a hard reset by pressing the button at the back of the unit. After pressing for 10 sec., i can no longer connect to the internet. It says "no internet access". Im using windows 7 os. I already go to the ip address 192.168.254.254 and turn back to default factory setting but still no connection. Wala man sad cguro naputol kay regular man mi na mubayad. Ni adto ko sa customer service sa globe ayala nya mao ra gi-ingon na adto sa ip address na ako gi-state above.

Any idea how to solve? Thank istorya.

na reset imong settings ana bro,... taga globe ra maka tabang nimo ana.

mao lge bro. unsaon man nko ni? dad-on nko ang router sa globe service center para ma-config nila?

boss, ok ra ba ang connection sa imo router? like if mag use ug dungan ang PC ug other wifi gadget, dili ba hinay?

naka observe ko now gd, 2Mbps ang plan sa ako papa pero if mg speedtest ko (speedtest.net) dili mn jd kaabot ana 2Mbps, swerte na gani if makaabot 1.5Mbps. normal ra ba na o naa ko dapat i configure?

dili ju na kaabot imo 2mbps plan bro......up to 2mbps ra man na...meaning dili kaabot ug 2mbps, 1mbps ra na kapin....

solved nmn cguro ni ky wala na ang ts.. na factory default settings rana imo modem ts..change lng ang username and passwrd sa imo modem..
