VGA Ram heatsinks are placed on top of the VGA rams, which in your case is 12 x 14mm ang size. These helps the RAM heat transfer and dissipate to the heatsink. Igo ra gyud ni siya ipatong or idikit with its pre-applied adhesive thermal tape

The size of the heatsinks is 13 x 13 x 4mm (LxWXH), what matters most is the height. If purpose nimo is to put universal BGA blocks on the VGA GPU and VGA heatsinks on the Ram, then it all does fit. Otherwise need gyud i check if there is enough gap from the RAM's to the stock fans.
