HELP!!! SMS Based applications using the PC, mobile and VB6 or MSACCESS?

Good day mga brod and sis, ask lang ta ko if naa kahibalo diri unsaon pagdevelop ug SMS application software using VB6 or MS ACCESS. More specifically, unsaon nimo pagcapture ug text (from notepad,word,excel, etc) sa imo PC screen then send nimo sa phone then i-send niya via SMS sa imo gusto ma-send-an.?

Please tell me unsa una buhaton and how to proceed with this....your suggestions will be very much appreciated.

try searching for "Hayes AT Commands". If you're using VB, use the MSComm control in sending commands to your celfone.
