Guys, ask lang ko, anyone knows or experienced nag overstaying sa US (expired visa) and naka decide mo uli ug balik sa pinas? i.hold ba ka ana sa immigration? or walay paki ang US kung mo uli ka? will there be any problems aside that you'll be banned for 10 years (max.) and prolly hard to get another US visa in the future? (as far as i know) thanks

pwede ka e hold for summary proceedings including your deportation. Pero i have at least two friends nag overstay and when they decided to leave, there were no questions asked, no arrests made, they went to a normal procedure sa airport as if nothing happened. One of them tried to re apply for a visa, didto na sya nakabalo that she was banned for life i guess..
