Laptop Cpu usage 100%

Hi guys anyone can help me with this problem,

I already format my computer
and try installing window 7, xp, but still problem just the same,
I already clean my laptop's hardware, renew thermal paste on my heatsinks

but same happen, anyone can give advice.

> back up all files

> then re-partition whole drive..matay'g naa pay virus mabilin

then human ug install sa OS..update it.

then install Avira Free 2012 Antivirus, update it..set antivirus to High detection

then load all files back
