    Default PCX Warranty Question?


    Mga sir, bumili po ako ng Gainward GTX 560 Ti sa PCExpress.
    Tapos po, nung triny ko na, may problema yung temp ng GPU, umaabot ng 100C!
    Bumalik ako ng PCX para papalitan, ayaw na nila palitan kasi, Meron mga scratches. Aminado po ako, nalagyan ko ng scratches. Pero Defective naman yung item diba? so pede kong papalitan kagad yun? Ang ginawa nila, kelangan ko daw mag antay ng 2-3 weeks. :/ Di ba dapat palitan na kagad nila yun? since defective naman yung product?
    4 Days palang bago ko binalik.

    in 4 days nag-ka-gasgas kaagad sir?
    doon sa resibo sir, ano po nakasulat ng policy on regards sa warranty nyo?

    Republic Act 7394, or the Consumer Act of the Philippines, entitles consumers the right and means to redress in order to get due satisfaction from their purchases. It places the responsibility on the supplier, seller or retailer to act on demands made by consumers who have bought defective goods.

    Article 100 of the Consumer Act, or the “Liability for Product and Service Imperfection,” declares that if the imperfection is not corrected within 30 days, the consumer may alternatively demand as his option:
    (1) The replacement of the product by another of the same kind, mark or model but
    without defect/s;
    (2) Immediate reimbursement of amount paid; or
    (3) Proportionate price reduction.
    The practice of certain retailers of printing a seven-day return policy should not confuse consumers that they only have seven days to return a defective product.
    It is important to note that in case of hidden defects, the law prescribes a maximum of two years from the date of purchase or upon discovery of hidden defect to file a complaint or act, taking into consideration the nature of product purchased.

    basahin mo yung policy na nka sulat dun sa resibo. nakapagtataka lang. bat ngka scratch agad yung v-card... hmm

    double check ang resibo pero grabe sad ka scratch within 4 days. Anyway you have the right to complain.

    Nascratch ko po dahil sa pag pasok-alis ko ng video card sa slot. Kasi tinetest ko yung video card baka mali lang yung slot. Kaya yun. No luck. Sila na nagtry. May abnormalities nga talaga.
    Ang scratch lang po ay yung sa plastic covering part.

    Naiinis lang ako kasi antagal bago mapalitan eh defective naman yung item

    nagtuo guro ang taga PCX nga mao 2 ang hinungdan mao na ing.a2 imo VC.

    baka wlang available stocks sa vcard dahil paantayin ka nang 2-3 weeks.

    that's weird it got scratches in just 4 days? how did u handle the card? hahaha read lang their policy, i think it would also be disadvatnge to them because there is scratches i think they will re sell the one u replace, that's why they won't accept your defective product
