Our conviction and belief is that the Helmet Law should be VOLUNTARY. If the premise is personal safety, then the person is in the best position to decide for himself/herself. as far as concerned, compulsory ang helmet use kay naa man na sa balaod or city ordinance. unsa man intawn connection anang helmet sa borwn/red rice oie naa ba balaod nga kailangan jud palit or kaunon ang brown/red rice?
