condo or dako na balay?

condo s akong bana...labi na gud ko!!! but mao ba gud ni? ibaliya among dako- nice house for a very small condo?
but palitan kuno ko rio hatchback!!!

sakto bani? wala na me blay....condo na lang?

if naa namo family,mas ideal man if house jud..wherein naa kay imohang lawn nga matambayan or madulaan sa mga bata..
ang condo maau lang na xa ug pang-short nga stay..e.g. sinulog,etc.. or maau ra sad na xa pangnegosyo

usually if mag condo ka.. angay ra na if for single stay like a bachelor pad.. NOT for someone nga naay family.

Your husband is totally wrong on his decision to sell the house... investment wise, mas nindot jud naay balay kay sa condo... on a house.. you can beautify the surrounding like planting flowers and other garden plants to enhance everything... sa CONDO? well... not only you can't have gardens on it, but you have to also make considerations on your other condo owner and your neighbors considering your tightly knit pack into one condominiums.. and don't forget..

there are rules you need to follow (as subject to the condo owner) (living in a condo unit) as oppose to NONE AT ALL if your living in the comfort of your own house....

nice lang na condo og wala kay pamilya. pangporma sa mga dalaga/binata. post daw og pics sa imong dakong house ts beh para makita nato unsa ka nice sa imong big house hehehe

i Prefer a house...kay maka garden paka...then makabuot ka unsa style sa imo house..ang condo kung masunog wala na...

If duol ra sa work inyo balay, then hang on to the house. If layo-layo (like lapu-lapu to cebu city) get a condo na walking distance lang. In the long run, mas practical na investment ang condo.

Naa naman mga condo na dili lang pang bachelor/porma. Like, ehem (ako ni mga baligya) ehem, SOLINEA, 1016 or AVIDA. All located in Cebu Business Centers - IT park and Business Park. Naa ni sila units na big enough for a family of three or four. Some units even have gardens - like a house na jud. If your concern is a place for your children to play in, naa ni sila mga play areas na sure safe. Naa na ni sila mga areas for recreational activities, dili na ni mga karaan na type of condos na congested.
