Recently, I came upon this article written by Raphael Calzadilla, winner of the World Natural Bodybuilding Competition in 2005. Calzadilla, a veteran in the fitness industry, is a proponent of the holistic approach to body transformation, nutritional counseling, and personal training. His plan is simple: if we do not have an active lifestyle, then we must do things that help us burn at least 100 calories per activity.
The activities I will be listing below are, according to Calzadilla, 20 easy and surefire ways to burn 100 calories. If we will do at least one activity per day, we will be burning 700 calories in a week or a total of 2,800 calories in a month. Adding one activity per day or a few activities in a week will surely increase the number of calories burned. The cumulative effects will be great and will definitely make a difference.
