Need suggestions! Best reason and explanation for resignation.

Guys, mangayu unta ko ninyo suggestions unsay maayung i-reason ug i-explain para sa planu
nakong pag resign this May 16. Sa company man gud namu kinahanglan mupahibaw ng daan at least 3 months
before sa date nga mo resign ang empleyado, ug 1 month pud una mo file ug resignation letter.

Nag work ko karon sa reputable, ug dako nga Japanese company. Bag-o rako nag 1 year sa work, nya dugay na jud nako ning planu nga mu resign kaso naa may naka suggest nga mas maayu kung paabton lang sa daw ug 1 year or kapin sa work... Mao to ng nipadayun sako, then last month rako nag 1 year. Ako jud mga reasons nganung mo resign ko kay ganahan unta ko mu upgrade sakong skills. Which is sakong situation karon wa nako na meet kay puro balik2x akong task. Gusto jud ko higher level na pud. Ikaduha, medyo dili kaayu ko kuntento sako sweldo karon nga medyo deperensya ra jud kaayug dako ikumpara sa ubang company.

Planu nako mu open ani akong planu today after sa amung meeting, kung makakuha kog enough suggestions from you guys. Please help. Gikulbaan nako raba... hehe..di man gud kaayu ko nahan aning amu filipina supervisor which is one of the reason. Thanks daan!

Di na jud ka kahulat ug 3 months sa imung Carrier growth bro? unsa diay problema if mu serve ka sa 3 months notice? if wa paka nadawat sa lain company pinaka maayu buhaton is sunda ang 3 months notice.

If nhan ka dha sa imu company run, i open nga nhan ka lain task para ma upgrade imung skill.

i suggest you talk to your manager first about the problem, and negotiate if an adjustment can be done so that you can end up in a win-win situation. moving to another company does not guarantee 100% fulfillment to what you want. maybe you will get to improve your skills and get a good initial pay, but there will be other problems later. so try to communicate first, and see if there will be changes. if not, then move on.

yeah...mao gani bro nga mu tell nako today nga mo resign nako this May. So within this month or April mag hinay-hinay nako pangaply daan..

kung naa problema, dili man pwede i direct ug sulti sa amung Japanese manger gud, kay tanan ang supervisor ra jud namu bale sumbunganan sa tanan... issues and concern..anything. Ug ang amu supervisor, dapat unta nakakita na sya kung sa iyang mga staff if ok na ba, like ang ilang mga skills ok na ba... dapat pantay2x ang nahibal-an..kung pareha sila Juan ug Pedro ug position, kung kahibaw si Juan dapat pud unta kahibaw si Pedro. Kung gi grant si Juan sa tanan, dapat ana pud si pedro... kung walay limit si Juan dapat ing-ana pud unta si Pedro. But seems, murag wa nako ma meet man gud.
