when mag start bayad monthly amortization for this? ok kaau ni cya if dili mag-dungan bayad ang equity.

Hello Sir bbj: Once mo apply naka sa PAG IBIG and 100% complete na ang house (which will happen on August 2012 as promised by the Developer), mag start na ang monthly amortization (approx. 6,700 for 30 years tru PAGIBIG) and you still have 10 months para sa imong equity.

Sa ako case sir (if wala lang jud ko plano to go out sa Country). Nag rent ko apartment karun worth 7k and nag bayad ko sa Equity monthly worth 7600, but if mahuman na ang house, same thing lang ghapon but this time, magbayad ko sa equity worth 7600 nya mag start nako sa monthly amortization sa pagibig worth 6700. But after ten months, ma free up nako sa equity.

Mao na ni Current pricing karun as of January 2012 so Makasave mo if assume lang.
Price below is for 40sqm lot palang but most actual lot area sa colorado are from 45 sqm and up, so mo add pa mo sa cost sa 5 sqm lot which 4500/sqm.
