Selling our house in Deca homes Mandaue - Jagobiao. Ready for occupancy and we haven't used the house eversince it was fully built since 2009.


This is a breaker lot - which means that there's a 1.5 meter space on the left side of the house and ample space infront. The house has two bathrooms ( one for each floor) and a kitchen. Location of the house is infront of the playground and at least 1m elevated from the road.


Reason for selling - too far from where I am working.


Price and payment details are very negotiable. The total amount of this house is at 1.2M. The remaining balance with Deca now is around 600k. You can have that transferred to Pagibig.

The 600k that we have paid for the last 3 years, you can have the option to either 1) pay it in cash or 2) have it through installment for 3 years at zero interest or 3) have it in installment for 6 years at 3% interest.
