Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in Search Engines Optimization
At least 2 years of experience in Support Roles
B.SC from a leading university - an advantage
Experience with leading SEMs - an advantage
Service Orientation
Knowledge if Internet technologies:
* HTML
* Browsers
* HTTP
Excellent English communication skills - a must
Good people skills and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
Coordinating with the in-market Channel Connect specialists
Take an active role in building and maintaining the support knowledge base and manuals
Feed the product and training teams with feedback regarding product usability and training needs which can be identified from the nature of the support cases the shift is handling
