POSITION TITLE : Technical Support Engineer
UNIT : Technical Operations
RESPONSIBLE TO : Client and Team Leader
RESPONSIBLE FOR : Client Inquiries and Research on New Technologies
Responsibilities:
* Provides technical support on complex technical issues coming from clients abroad
* Delivers high quality solutions to customers quickly, courteously, and cost effectively through email.
* Work closely with software development teams and other groups/team in identifying and resolving issues/problems of client/s.
* Closely monitor inquiries of clients from abroad.
* Perform debugs and first-level troubleshooting.
* Assists software engineers/developers in analysis, design , program coding, system testing as required.
* Updates team leader on all client/s inquiries and concerns
Requirements
* IT or sysadmin experience is an advantage
* Computer science graduate or any computer-related course
* Internet/tech savvy
* Very good written and oral communication skills
* Experience in a support organization is also an advantage
* Team player
* Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
