How to start a money changer business?

Hi could anyone pls tell me how to start a money changer business? what is the usual initial capital? how to know the exchange rate of the dollar converted to peso because you know it keeps on changing? How to know the buying price of the dollar? what currency are usually exchange to peso? any information is greatly appreciated.
