No, anytime a competitor can't compete, they either go out of business or are acquired by their competition. Hehhe, anyway.. this remains to be seen in the following days.

If you're talking about technological innovation, AMD beats Intel hands down. If it's about market share, then Intel definitely wins.

No worry for Intel though, with regards to this lawsuit. It's not going to drive them bankrupt or drive a mass exodus of system builders and Intel fanboys to the AMD camp; it's just going to send a message to them about what they're doing (assuming if all or some of AMD's claims in the lawsuit are true or not).

yes technologically, amd beat intel in every core , single or dual core.

Yeah Intel wins by Monopolizing the market, and unfair marketing practices.
So Intel Fanboys just buy Intel not because of performance and the technological superiority but because of marketing share.

heheee and how come AMD cant beat them, its only a simple marketing strategy to make exclusive contract, anyway intel paid for it and the company that got paid are just the one doing it,..
