LG 32Ld460 problem in USB

nkapalit ko ug slightly used na 32Ld460 na lcd gahapun dri sa istorya, nindot buyag ang unit and ok man ang seller the problem is, kakita man gud ko dri sa forum nga magamit gyud ang usb dapit sa may kilid nya d man mudetect akong tanan usb, fat32 nya 2.0 ni ang format ha unya mga ba.o pa ni tested na ni sa akong xbox kung magpasalida ko ugsa pc pud. dili gyud siya mu power up sa usb port bisag musiga man lang. unsa kaha ang problema ani? guba kaha ang usb port o basig firmware firmware lang. badly needed your advices mga bro. please help... d gyud kakita ang tv sa usb. huhuh nahan ta ko magpasalida using usb view ug pictures ug maminaw ug mp3's

Do not use USB. Why?

1. Poor Video Scaling
2. Limited to FAT32. Any file above 3.8gig will not play
3. You cannot play videos more than 2 hours content (naay FW fix pero wla nako gi apply)
4. No DTS/DD Audio Decoding
5. Stressed imong LCDTV kay siya pa ang nag decode, siya pa ang nag display.
6. Not all video formats supported.

My Samsung LA32C530 is not limited to FAT32. It can even detect an external hard drive up to 2 TB both with or without external power and it's obviously NTFS

I have a 14 GB AVATAR and 21 GB ROBINHOOD full hd 1080p mkv file, it is above 3.8GB and it plays without any problem

My Samsung LA32C530 can play video of more than 2 hours without any problems - example is the movie stated above (AVATAR)

@eirawn is right on the 1st two points - video scaling is suck and cannot decode HD audio those 2 points are important if you are into hardcore A/V enthusiast.

TS - i'd prefer just buy na lang og seperate na media player like western digital.

@siopao, better choice jud ang samsung. Ako ra gi describe ang limitations sa LD460 nako. But im using HTPC so walay kurat. Im not discouraging playing files on USB but let just be practical on how to use our HD libraries and not defeating its purpose.

agree ko ani... limited dyapon ang USB interface... esp decoding HD audio... depende ra sa manufacturer. it just so happened wa jud issue ako samsung sa USB

but even though ok ako USB sa TV, mag gamit pod ko WD Live Hub na media player ky mas organized ang GUI og pwde ko mka butang up to 3TB na 2.5inch hard drive inside the unit mismo



@TS - ayaw na kaguol. palit na lang seperate media player
pero at least gi check mo unta ang full functionality sa unit before mo gipalit
USB is jud additional feature sa TV mo.

salamat kaayu ninyu tanan boss, kuyawan lng ko ba, pero ok raman nko nindot man sad ug display unya napalt nko ang unit for only 15k so ok ra, d man laspag sad ok rasad ang condition like brand new, how much man pud ning media player?
