I certainly don't know the current price per square unit of my father's titled land in Lapu lapu city. He's asking me to sell it but got no clue how.. Lol... Even its market value or price per square unit, im definitely clueless... haha.. need help here.. thanks!

go to the assessor's office and ask for the zonal value of your lot, they can give you the zonal value per sq. meter based on the lot's location...

Another thing is you can check the classified ads, look for lots being sold near the vicinity. You can always peg the market value around those rates they are posting it.
