I'm not pretty sure if this is posted under the right forum. It may be under humor section because of his customer service wits. Very Bubbly - mawala ang stress mo aning tawhana. But I'm posting it here because this is related sa career under fastfood / food & beverage.

I just want to share an epitome of unorthodox yet superb customer service, Roldan "Bubbles" Cabardo.




Grabe kau iya customer service tapos naa jud xa spiel nga iyaha.. sa Jollibee man ni xa nga IT Park sauna, pag mobayad ka niya moingon ni xa ug " I receive (amount) from your lovely hands..." basta makalingaw, grabe ka bubbly.. maka leave jud ug mark ang dating sa iyang customer service

He is now at Red Ribbon (still under Jollibee Foods Corp) sa SM daw. The last time I've seen him before going abroad was at Red Ribbon Ayala. One helluva service crew.

If you haven't heard about this guy go to Red Ribbon and be amazed of his customer service.

Jollibee IT Park is never the same without Bubbles! heavy, makawala sa duka especially kung nagtrabaho ka sa call center. Ang iyang pag-effort makabuild ug rapport..a very good example of great customer experience..


I just found a fan page created sa FB last Sunday night, as of now 700+ likes na. It really shows daghan jud cya na touch na people through his customer service skills. So sa mga naka experience na sa happy customer service ni BUBBLES then like this page Saksi ni Bubbles! The world is lucky to have you! Bwahaha ikaw na jud ang reyna sa customer service sa fastfood! *Thank you for giving the exact amount from your lucky wallet.*

Nakit-an ni namo siya sa akong mga officemates ug balik sa Red Ribbon SM. One of my friends said "hoy! naa naman pud lage ka diri!" ug nitubag dayon siya "Hi Ma'am, Hi Sir, welcome to my new home! Red Ribbon" hahaha layshu ra murag artista nga nibalhin ug network. Haha ikaw na jud ang pinili Bubbles!!!

Galakaw ko padung I1 og gisugat ko sa dalan ni Bubbles. Nanghatag siya Jollibee coupons, unya ang cheka niya kay, "Sagot sa global crisis... Jollibee coupons! Bili na!" Wa jud ko kalimot adtong buntaga. LOL!

Bubbles! Waaaaa! Ang saya! Sikat na kaau ka vayet. Mingaw na mi nimo dri sa IT. I can still remember. Naa pa lang gani ka sa door mao pay pagtikang nimo padung sud sa jobee, nagsyagit nag "welcome to jollibee IT park". Hahaa! Tapos inig bayad nimo, "I received ______ pesos from you expensive-looking wallet." nyahahah... Balik na diri gurl. Himoon na daw kang manager inig balik nimo. Hehehehe...

Ma'm ang fries ba 5mins pa ky gipalamian pa. Ok ra nemo? D ka malain?
