i recently purchase a month old motherboard......
i wasnt able to test the item directly since i was so busy.....today i got to test the item i purchase.....
the i place the psu on the table together with the motherboard and ram...and hard drive with optical drive hoping to set it up before installing it inside the casing.....when i turn on the computer...it turn on and i entered the bios setup to place the priority booting on the optical drive....and save and restart....place the installer cd in the optical drive.....den it suddenly stop.....it just turn off....
i did what a normal technician would do....take out the non-essentials.....removing the hard drive and the optical drive.....still it would turn on....after a while it would just turn off....i replace the power supply with a power supply that is being used by my other computer....hoping that this would solve the problem....but still it would turn off.....next i replace the processor....with a processor of a working computer....still it would turn off......
do u think the problem lies in the motherboard? or any ideas?
