Hey guys! Who out there's living the healthy lifestyle and how are u doing it?...u can also share how ur lifestyle affects ur life. And we can all learn to be healthier thru this thread.
So since I started this, I guess I'm gonna share what I do to be healthy.
Basically what I eat on a daily basis is a LOT of vegetables, some fruits, meat, fat (good fat), and thats about it. I dont eat grains like rice, bread, pasta, or sugar rich stuff like cake or ice cream...well maybe just once a week.

...hey, I've read from a lot of literature on health that part of keeping the lifestyle is keeping your sanity, and eating something unhealthy but yummy as long as its just once a week doesn't affect ur health or your tummy.
Other things I do is walk around A LOT. A very big portion of my day is spent walking, almost 70%. And not really brisk walking just normal everyday walking. There are many things u can do to add walking to ur life...like riding public transport less. I live somewhere around Ramos and I walk to Emall to get my groceries then walk back, that should be a good example. I'm also thinking of getting barefoot shoes coz I know its healthier to go barefoot. I have a secret to share though...Spadrils...they are barefoot shoes. They're not as good as Vibram or Terra Plana but at least they're affordable.
Other little things I do is get enough sun, use my brain, drink enough water (til pee is clear), get enough sleep, play (sports), use my body in way w/c is congruent to its bio mechanics, be properly sanitized as much as possible, oh and of course work out once a week.
Some of u might be thinking, "did he just say 'once a week?!'"...yes I did but dont get me wrong, once a week is just enough for the type of work out I do. Its an Arthur Jones Nautilus HIT style workout advocated by Dr. Doug McGuff operator of a gym called Ultimate Exercise and writer of d book Body by Science.
Well guys thats it. Hope 2 read some of ur posts on how u keep healthy and if u have anything to say about the way I do it feel free.
