We see crimes everyday committed by minors/youth offenders, this law should be modified.

peeing on the sidewalk = death penalty. throwing malata on a dili malata collection = death penalty. these are over board pero children nga mangawat should be imprisoned. NO QUARTER.

kanang RA 7610 ang i-ammend or RA 9344 ang i-ammend..

ask lang ko TS... kay murag dili man ang RA 7610 ang issue but rather RA 9344 which is the Juvenile Justice Act base sa mga reaction sa mga ni post... kay personally idont find anything wrong with RA 7610, it very helpful in the protection of children's right... but that is not case with RA 9344
