cons:

limited gaming (for mainstream games, you can use "WINE" or "Cedega")

very customizable

and it's very quickly becoming non-geeky (user-friendly i.e. Ubuntu)

cons:

steep learning curve (ang command line, at least, but regular users don't really need to learn it)
very limited gaming (WINE or Cedega just doesn't cut it better if you play it on windows)
you still have to apply security patches whenever possible for maximum security

My advise? Dual boot. =)

Magdual-boot. Magkinahanglan ka ug additional partition para lang sa Linux plus usa ka gamay nga partition (say 1GB) para sa swap.
